Personal Specification: We are looking for a motivated and caring individual who is passionate about early childhood education. The ideal candidate will be an Early Years Qualified Nursery Nurse who can demonstrate a strong understanding of child development and who thrives in a nurturing, hands-on environment. The successful candidate will have: A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (essential) A thorough understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. Experience working in a nursery or early years setting (essential). A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with young children. The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. A clear understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures. Flexibility, reliability, and a passion for helping children achieve their potential.
