Key Responsibilities: - Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with best practice standards. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the medical team. - Monitor and record vital signs, responding to changes in patient conditions promptly. - Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective care delivery. - Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families. - Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory guidelines. - Promote a safe, clean, and supportive environment for both patients and staff. - Ensure all clinical practices comply with NHS protocols, regulations, and infection control standards. Qualifications & Requirements: - Registered Nurse (RN) with valid NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) registration. - Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment. - Excellent critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and nights, as required by agency assignments. - Knowledge of relevant medical practices, procedures, and healthcare legislation. - A compassionate, empathetic approach to patient care
