A Private Equity firm is seeking a resilient and dynamic Executive Assistantto support 3 Managing Directors to join their team on a permanent basis.
Based in stunning offices in the West End, the Executive Assistant will deliver strategic administrative support to Managing Directors within the front-office. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for complex diary and meeting management, arranging extensive global travel, processing expenses, collaborating with the events team, and handling ad hoc administrative requests.

Experience/Skills Required:
* Minimum 5 years’ working in a front-office Financial Services PA/EA role
* Business Fluent English
* Flexible, adaptable, and stoic approach to work
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
