Our client is a well-established company seeking an Operations Administrator to provide maternity cover. You will be responsible for a range of duties which ensure effective team coordination and work processes throughout the office. Day-to-day duties will include:
1. Managing daily schedules
2. Reporting on project status, workloads and accounts
3. Ensuring communication between different departments
4. Overseeing project resources
5. Arranging production meetings
6. Answering and managing customer requests
7. Assisting on client calls
8. Managing meeting agendas, follow-up reports, and minutes
9. Analyzing project data, timeline, and budget
You will need to be highly organized and confident tracking multiple tasks across various projects. You will need strong communication skills and have prior experience creating documentation and proofreading/reporting.
The company is ideally looking to work on 6-9 months maternity leave, with potential for the contract to be extended.
