Job Description
Recruitment Coordinator - What you'll be doing:
* Coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes across various departments
* Managing candidate communication and interview scheduling
* Supporting hiring managers with best practice recruitment processes
* Posting job adverts, screening CVs, and organising interview logistics
* Assisting with onboarding and offer administration
* Maintaining accurate records and producing recruitment reports when required
The Successful Applicant
Recruitment Coordinator - What we're looking for:
* Previous experience in a recruitment/talent acquisition role (in-house or agency)
* Ideally from a professional services, legal, finance, or consultancy background
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies at once
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Proficient in using ATS/HR systems and Microsoft Office
