* Crisis and Emergency Planning: Lead business continuity and emergency response strategies.
* Event Safety Oversight: Manage safety planning for large-scale events, ensuring all protocols are met.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the key liaison with regulatory bodies, emergency services, and event organisers.
* Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a high-performing risk, safety, and events team.
