A supportive and nurturing specialist day center local to you is looking for an inspiring Support Worker to join their well-established team on a full-time basis from January 2025. This position is permanent and requires approx. 40 hours a week. Applicants for this role must be available Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
The setting is a day center and is there to support the needs of vulnerable young people and adults with complex needs such as Autism, ADHD, and physical disabilities. This setting is committed to giving all learners a high level of care and support that allows them to achieve amazing outcomes. They are passionate about promoting and encouraging independence and life skills for young people, ensuring that their safety and well-being underpins every decision they make.
This is a spacious and modern site with lots of transitional areas, classrooms, a DT workshop, kitchen, and outdoor spaces. Senior leadership is long-standing and heavily involved with an open-door policy and is available to support all at any opportunity.
