Position: Private Client Secretary
Location: Bournemouth
I’m looking to speak with a talented Legal Secretary interested in joining a top-tier Legal 500 firm as part of their dynamic and growing Private Client team in Bournemouth. This role places you at the heart of a fast-paced environment, and if you thrive under pressure and enjoy variety in your work, this position will keep you engaged and continually learning.
Working within a professional and supportive team, you will play a key role in providing high-quality support in file management, client care, document preparation, diary management, and general administrative tasks. Client interaction will be an essential part of the role, requiring excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
Ideally, you will have previous experience in a similar legal secretarial role, strong organisational skills, and a keen eye for detail. The ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and take pride in delivering high-quality work is essential. Proficiency in MS Office, IT skills, and experience with audio dictation will be advantageous.
