Sales Negotiator – uncapped commission!
Up to £30,000 basic, a £55,000 OTE uncapped + mileage

A leading housebuilder is looking for an experienced new home sales expert to join their fantastic small team at a beautiful site near Gravesend in Kent. This opportunity is perfect for someone that’s sales-focused - ready to get on site, grab the bull by the horns and get selling – and can commit to delivering a 5* customer journey.
You will be part of a small dedicated team of 4 sales negotiators, you will be a tenacious problem solver who is hungry for winning sales for the team. With 1 in 4 weekends off and set days off in the week, you will be earning a competitive salary of up to £30,000 with £55 OTE uncapped commission - this will be based on your sales, IFAs, customer satisfaction surveys, and recommending solicitors. Additionally, this role is offering an exciting bonus scheme!
Responsibilities include:
* Meeting and greeting customers on site
* Taking customers' details and qualifying their requirements
* Dealing with incoming sales enquiries
* Taking customers on viewings
* Advising customers on the sales journey and progressing sales
* Ensuring the sales suite is presentable
* Managing the sales database and ensuring it is up to date

Key requirements:
* You will have at least 1 year’s experience as a sales consultant for a housebuilder, housing association, developer, or new homes estate agency
* Motivated and results-driven
* Committed to delivering a first-class customer journey
* Highly organised
* Available to work weekends
* Valid UK driving licence
