THE ROLE
We are looking for a committed individual to join our Live Operations team as an executive. This is a junior role ideal for a recent graduate or someone with a passion for hospitality looking for their next move in a start-up. The role will be responsible for ensuring our restaurant partners have a great experience with Sessions and can execute our brands to a high standard.
This role will sit right at the centre of the business, working collaboratively with other teams and our partners to continuously improve how we do things. Identifying problems, creating solutions and implementing them rapidly. The role will also work closely with our tech and data teams and so will build up a strong technical knowledge.
A significant proportion of this role will be directly responding to queries and fulfilling customer requests, and so a commitment to customer service is essential.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Partner Operators Support:
Responding to customer queries and solving inbound requests from our restaurant partners. This includes calls, and so you will need to be confident on the phone.
Providing ‘outbound’ communications to partners to support Sessions internal teams as they communicate important updates on everything from menu execution to tech updates.
2. Consumer Data:
You will help build an 11* customer experience, informing what good looks like and gathering customer feedback to constantly improve our offering.
3. Launches:
Support the Sales and Culinary teams on new partner launches.
4. Technical:
Working closely with our technical teams to resolve issues in a coordinated manner and implement technical improvements.
5. Project Work:
Support the team lead on cross-functional projects and streamlining operational processes.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
* Degree from a top university or equivalent, 2:1 or higher
* Action-driven individual with a strong work ethic who is willing to get stuck in
* Ambitious with a drive to join a fast-paced, high-growth company
* Well-rounded individual able and willing to flex to take ownership where necessary outside of their areas of core responsibility
* A quick learner who wants to understand multiple areas of the business in detail
* Charismatic and energetic with a passion for food
