Take a closer look at the role: Job description: We have an opportunity for an Electronics Coordinator to join the Team at the new Silverstone Facility. In this role you will be responsible for the coordination of electronic components and assemblies across their entire life cycle, including BoM management, production planning, part lifing, servicing and allocation. What you will be doing: Coordination of the electrical area of the Bill of Materials, capturing engineering change whilst ensuring design standards are respected and data accuracy is maintained. Collaboration with purchasing team to ensure materials and parts are available to support electrical manufacturing. Management of electronic component allocation across the business, including definition of life limits. Management of internal and external servicing requirements of electronic components. Supporting the Electronics Technicians with the manufacture of electrical components when necessary. Requirements Educated to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant technical discipline or similar. Proven track record in creating and management of complex BOM's within a design and manufacturing environment. MRP/ERP system experience. Ability to create wiring systems using Raychem products and motorsport connectors. IPC-A-610 and IPC-620 (Class 3) certification would be advantageous. Ability to plan and manage own workloads. Clear and concise communication, verbally and with the use of email. Is self-motivated, innovative and capable of working generally unsupervised to challenging deadlines. Strong levels of IT skills including MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
