Duties & Responsibilities: As an Administrative Assistant, you will be providing administrative support to Project Managers and Engineers to ensure the efficient operation of the Engineering Hardware department. Key Responsibilities Supporting requests by managers and employees to raise the appropriate actions (i.e., Eng Change Orders or Eng Material Requests) Ability to create and maintain records (e.g., material spend) Interacting with different departments within the organisation Familiarity with organisational concepts, practices, and procedures Responsibility of confidential and time-sensitive material Pre-Requisites / Skills / Experience Requirements: Your skills and qualifications will ideally include: Proven administrative or assistant experience Previous experience within an Engineering environment is preferred, but not mandatory Knowledge of Oracle/Agile is preferred, but not mandatory Sufficient experience in information gathering, monitoring, and recording Proficient in MS Office Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Excellent time management skills The ability to work within multiple projects of varied complexity, simultaneously to meet deadlines, both independently and as part of a team Proven communication skills, both verbal and written
