We work in partnership with each of our trusts to ensure we help staff shortages across the wards seamlessly and efficiently.
As an Onboarding Partner, you will be responsible for welcoming and onboarding candidates in a timely and seamless manner, enabling fulfillment of our clients' needs and fill rate demand. You will proactively work with candidates and the rest of the team to ensure that candidates are made compliant and placed to work within a reasonable timeframe and in line with time to hire KPIs.
Every day you will…
* Be responsible for screening and virtually interviewing applicants.
* Onboard candidates, ensuring a smooth and speedy process.
* Be an expert in the onboarding journey, ensuring candidates are happy with their experience at Bank Partners.
* Be responsible for ensuring candidates have completed all required processes, including payroll and system setup, and provided with all mandatory items for their first Bank Partners placement.
* Take charge of candidate induction and delivering guidance.
