The Role Full accountability for site operations across production, water treatment, engineering, and health & safety. Lead multi-disciplinary teams, building a positive, high-performance culture rooted in accountability and clear communication. Challenge outdated practices, implement lean methodologies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Plan, forecast, and manage operational budgets with precision and ownership. Oversee environmental and water treatment processes, ensuring full compliance and aligning with sustainability objectives. Embed a proactive Health & Safety culture at all levels of the organisation. Collaborate across engineering, production, and supply chain teams to support scalability and efficiency. What We’re Looking For Proven leadership experience at Operations, Site, or Plant Manager level within food manufacturing, FMCG, or a relevant industrial sector. Strong change management skills — you're not afraid to challenge the status quo and inspire others to embrace smarter ways of working. Engineering or technical background advantageous, particularly those experienced in managing cross-functional operations. Commercially astute, with experience managing P&L responsibility and delivering to financial targets. People-first leadership style — you build teams, foster collaboration, and lift performance. Solid understanding of Health & Safety, environmental compliance, and modern manufacturing practices. Experience in water treatment management (desirable but not essential). A relevant qualification in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline is advantageous. This is a role where you won’t be told what to do.
