Position: Executive Assistant /Senior Administrator Location: Remote / Home based Salary: £28,433 - £31,761 The Aurora Group The Aurora Group is an innovative provider of education and care for children, young people and adults with special educational needs and disabilities. We’re currently looking for a Executive Assistant / Senior Administrator to support the Strategy and Estates teams.
The Role:Your role will be to support both our Strategy and Estates Directors as well as their respective teams. there will be diary management, reporting, meetings and a wide range of administration, coordination duties. Naturally, within a senior operations environment there will be a variety of sensitive and strategic meetings which will need organising, minutes taken and actions logged and followed up. This will be a very varied and busy role, you will be dealing with confidential data and will take ownership of some aspects for which training will be given.
Experience: Successful candidates are likely to demonstrate: Extensive Administration and/or EA experience Rigorous attention to detail Ability to take accurate minutes and actions and track action progress High degree of resilience, ability to challenge/keep self and others to task and strong open/honest communication skills Good working knowledge of MS Office packages Confidentiality / Initiative / independence / self-starting attitude Experience of working in the education or care sector (highly desirable but far from essential)
