The Role
:
As an Office Manager, you'll report to the Finance & Operations Director and ensure the office operates smoothly.
Responsibilities:
1. Maintain meeting rooms and facilities at a high standard for clients.
2. Schedule building maintenance tasks and manage various contracts.
3. Coordinate with account teams to organise client meetings.
4. Monitor and manage office space and parking availability.
5. Provide a warm and professional welcome to visitors.
6. Communicate with external suppliers and service providers.
Requirements:
7. Previous experience working in a similar role.
8. Experience working with clients.
9. Ability to liaise with external suppliers and service provider.
10. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
11. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
