Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working exclusively with a leading manufacturer in Doncaster, to recruit an ambitious, forward thinking Quality Manager. The Quality Manager will lead and enhance the organization's quality, health, safety, and environmental management processes. Continuously improving existing Integrated Management System aligned with industry best practices and ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards to enhance safety and environmental standards as well as product quality and consistency.
Conduct regular audits and quality assessments of manufacturing and assembly processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Establish and maintain a strong supplier quality management system, including managing Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs).
Proven experience (minimum 5 years) as a Quality/QHSE Manager or similar leadership role within a manufacturing or assembly environment.
Strong expertise in integrated management systems, ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards, and quality tools such as Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.
