Salary £23,800 plus uncapped commission Full training provided 37.5 hours per week, Monday -Friday 09.00 17:00 (1 day 17:30 finish ) but not on a Friday. 28 days holiday, Christmas shut down and birthday holiday day Free parking The Role Making outbound calls to business customers to discuss outstanding debt Answering incoming calls and dealing with queries Asking questions to understand the clients financial situation Provide exceptional customer service while handling sensitive financial information Organising payment plans with customers Collecting outstanding debt on behalf of organisations General administration including sending emails and correspondence Building customer rapport Updating, cleansing and maintaining the database Skills and experience Customer Service experience and confident communicator Confident and driven with excellent interpersonal skills Ability to build rapport with others Comfortable to speak to people about sensitive subjects If you have experience as a Recoveries Executive, Debt Recovery, Collections Executive, Collections Manager, Credit and Collections Analyst, Debt Collection Agent, Recovery Agent, Receivables Specialist please get in touch ADZN1_UKTJ
