The Role We have a fantastic and exciting opportunity for a driven, energetic and enthusiastic Commercial Account Executive to provide a fantastic customer experience to their valued clients. You will be managing the day-to-day needs of our commercial clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of customer service. Responsibilities: Handling day to day enquires, renewal preparation, cross-selling through to negotiating new policies to existing clients as their businesses change and grow, asking for referrals and working with our service and claims advisers to ensure a smooth customer journey and taking payments, the role provides you with incredible variety with the opportunity to understand how all areas of the business work. Ensuring existing relationships are renewed and long-term customer relationships are maintained, effectively generating an overall sales growth by retention, cross-sales and referrals. Reviewing and processing amendments to policies arising from changes to cover and circumstance, meeting the customer service standards and ensuring cover is appropriate. Identify opportunities for cross-selling (including financial services). Maintain own knowledge and skills to sell professionally and compliantly, delivering a consistently good experience to customers to meet requirement and standards of our client. Skills and Requirements: Previous experience working in the Insurance or Financial Services industry is desirable but not essential. Experience of or an understanding of farming terminology preferable, but not essential. Good organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks. Be self-motivated, willing to learn and enthusiastic. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Strong IT literacy, proficient using MS Office Applications. Minimum of Grade C/Grade 4 in GCSE Maths & English. Full driving licence and access to your own car for customer visits.
