This role is based in the Scarborough store which dispenses over 14,000 valued items on average to the local community each month.
About the role:
As a Community Pharmacist Manager, you will beworking in a clinical and service development capacity to ensure the service to patients is planned, delivered and evaluated in line with evidence-based practice. Working closely with the multi-disciplinary team to help create and maintain a robust service.

Your main responsibilities as a Community Pharmacist Manager:
15. Dispense medicines and over-the-counter remedies, giving healthcare advice to customers including providing consultations and diabetes checks
16. Develop your Pharmacy team making sure you implement and share best practice
17. Emphasise the importance of clinical governance and investing time in training your team
18. Proactively develop Pharmacy sales, services and profitability in a cost effective and safe manner, adhering to legal, ethical and company requirements/ systems
19. Focus on day to day operations, as well as the medium term operation, regularly conducting audits to maintain high standards
