About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Brand Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of our luxury retail brand strategy. This role requires a deep understanding of the luxury market, brand positioning, and consumer engagement. You will be responsible for ensuring a consistent and compelling brand presence across all channels while driving brand growth and desirability.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Strategy & Development
o Create, define, and execute the brand strategy to enhance brand equity and market position.
o Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including digital, retail, events, and partnerships.
o Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and challenges.
o Identify and define our core customer personas using market research, customer insights, and sales data.
o Refine brand messaging and positioning based on customer behaviour and feedback.
2. Marketing & Campaign Management
o Plan and implement high-impact marketing campaigns that align with the brand’s luxury positioning.
o Collaborate with internal teams (digital, retail, and product) to ensure a seamless brand narrative.
o Manage internal and external relationships to deliver best-in-class creative brand output.
3. Customer Engagement & Experience
o Develop initiatives to enhance customer engagement and loyalty within the luxury retail sector.
o Work closely with the retail and digital teams to ensure an exceptional customer journey.
o Leverage customer data and insights to refine brand messaging and tailor experiences to different customer segments.
o Ensure the brand’s tone, content, and engagement strategies resonate with our audience’s lifestyle and preferences.
4. Partnerships & Events
o Identify and develop strategic brand partnerships and collaborations.
o Lead the planning and execution of high-profile brand events and activations.
o Represent the brand at key industry events and networking opportunities.
5. Performance & Budget Management
o Define and track key brand performance metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
o Manage the brand marketing budget effectively, ensuring strong ROI on all initiatives.
o Report on campaign effectiveness, brand perception, and customer engagement.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Proven experience in brand management within the luxury sector.
* Strong understanding of luxury consumers, trends, and brand storytelling.
* Experience in customer segmentation and leveraging insights to inform brand strategy.
* Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
* Experience working with creative agencies, PR teams, and digital marketing channels.
* Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data to inform strategy.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Passion for luxury, craftsmanship, and brand heritage.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* Experience in a global luxury retail brand or high-end fashion, jewellery, or lifestyle sector.
* Knowledge of digital marketing, influencer partnerships, and luxury e-commerce trends.
