Job Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Management:
o Support the Registered Manager in overseeing the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards and other regulatory requirements.
o Ensure that care plans and assessments are developed and updated regularly to meet the needs of service users.
o Maintain effective operational systems for service delivery, including managing rotas, scheduling, and resource allocation.
o Act as a point of contact for service users and their families, addressing any concerns or queries promptly.
2. Team Leadership and Support:
o Supervise and support a team of Team Leaders, ensuring they deliver high standards of care and support to staff.

Skills & Qualifications:

o Strong knowledge of CQC standards, Health and Social Care Act 2014, and other relevant regulations.
