Job Description
The team works with customers in vulnerable situations and complex cases, including individuals experiencing homelessness.
In this role, you will provide support and case management to people with multiple and complex needs, following The Plymouth Alliance (TPA) principles. Previous experience working with homeless or socially excluded individuals and a good understanding of safeguarding issues would be beneficial. You should also have the energy and enthusiasm to deliver positive support and trauma-informed care, making a real difference in people's lives.
You will be part of a team supporting our customers experiencing homelessness. A passion for helping others and supporting individuals to achieve their goals and independence is essential. Your positive attitude, calm and personable manner, and ability to handle challenging situations will contribute to a supportive work environment.
