An expanding business near Camberley is looking for a full-time candidate with Group/Board level experience to support the EA to the Director of Operations and Company Secretary.

The Operating Companies within the Group develop, manufacture, and support an exciting range of instruments, systems, and solutions for their global customers. This brand-new role will play a key part in supporting the success of the Group, particularly around Governance and Risk, as it continues to grow.
The Executive & Project Administrator will:
Manage Board meeting admin and minutes for designated Operating Companies
Manage board trackers, associated documents, and action prompting
Coordinate travel bookings and monitor shared team mailboxes
Manage RTW checks, team induction planning, and visitor arrangements
Provide backup and cover for the Executive Assistant
Manage the Governance and Risk systems
Administer the LMS system in conjunction with the EA
Manage conflict-of-interest forms and reserved matter and decision tracking records
Upkeep the gifts and hospitality register for the Group
Oversee the records and policy management expiries
Collate KPI metrics and risk data from Operating companies
Excellent attention to detail will be essential, along with strong business acumen and experience in an environment where Governance and Risk has been integral.
