Purpose
We are looking for a HR Shared Services Administrator to join our small and established HR Shared Services team in the West Midlands.
You will be an integral part of the People team, delivering a proactive HR administrative service to the business. This role provides first-line support on HR transactional matters and is responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service, responding to inquiries promptly with professionalism.
Essential
You will:
1. Have previous experience of working within a HR Shared Services setting or a similar high-volume administration role
2. Be highly organised with ability to prioritise and multi-task high volume of daily work requests and meet deadlines
3. Have a problem-solving approach, able to address and resolve issues.
