Our client supports businesses with cutting edge technology solutions and provide a consistent world class service. As a Client Success Manager, you will be tasked with driving retention and growth within an existing client base, understanding their business needs and objectives to build a technology roadmap to support their plans. This role is home-based with regular national travel. Being able to commute to the Glasgow office is essential for regular team days. Role Profile: • Manage and develop client portfolios, ensuring growth and retention.• Maximise growth opportunities through meaningful client interactions.• Maintain product knowledge to assist clients and suggest suitable products.• Implement review cycles to address accounts with projected deficits.• Onboard new clients efficiently to achieve early ROI.• Analyse client data to improve experience and inform sales and product strategies.• Identify opportunities for clients to act as advocates through engaging testimonials and case studies Person Specification: • Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets through existing account growth.• Experience in the technology sector, preferably within a Managed Services Provider.• Strong influencer and negotiator with a proactive approach.• Comfortable managing volume accounts while building strong client partnerships.• Degree qualified or equivalent experience, with preferred Microsoft Certifications.• Passionate about Microsoft cloud products with a strong tech industry background.• Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrable ROI record.• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
