As an EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in providing tailored support to children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) who require additional assistance due to SEN. Your nurturing approach will help create an inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive and reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-on-one support to children with SEN, assisting them with their learning and development.
* Collaborate with teachers and SENCOs to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and accommodations.

Requirements:
* Previous experience working with children with SEN, particularly in an educational setting.
