We are currently looking for Assessors to join us in the areas of Carpentry, Brickwork, Plastering, Painting & Decorating and General Property Maintenance. Coaching students to develop and improve their knowledge, skills and behaviours, you will be expected to unlock their potential to maximise their own performance to enable them to achieve their current and future aspirations. You will ensure effective curriculum implementation through preparing schemes of work, lesson and assessment plans taking account of employer requirements and progression aspirations. Experience of designing and delivering training in either a college training facility and/or in a student’s place of work or a similar environment would be desirable. To be successful, you must possess proven vocational knowledge with a minimum Level 3 qualification in your chosen subject area, along with the ability to support the development of student’s English, Maths and Digital Skills.
