We are an independent specialist in property management which has been established since 2008 with a large portfolio of properties in & around London & Essex. Due to expansion, we are looking for an experienced office administrator to join our team. Key Responsibilities but not limited to; Assisting in the day-to-day running of office. Process new tenancies Assist in the management and coordination of lettings. Requirements: Minimum 1 years experience of office admin in Estate agents multilingual. Romanian speaking Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with tenants, landlords, and colleagues. Proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team. time management skills and prioritise workload. Working hours. Mon- Thur 9am to 5.30pm. Friday 9am-5pm.
