Assistant Quantity Surveyor
I am seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a fantastic main contractor and work on exciting refurbishment projects across the Midlands.
🔹 The Role:
✔️ Assist in managing two refurbishment projects concurrently.
✔️ Support the financial and contractual aspects of projects, ensuring cost control and value maximization.
✔️ Collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
🔹 You Will Be:
✔️ Experience or a strong interest in refurbishment projects.
✔️ Proactive and organized, with excellent communication skills.
✔️ Willing to work on-site around the Midlands region.
