Tempeo are recruiting for multi skilled trades people to complete void and snagging - working within 40 miles of DE12.
First job is DE12 and will consist of Bathroom and kitchen refits along side a full list of snagging and remediation works.
A full scope of works will be provided before each job. Estimated time per job 15 days.
Must be comfortable with:
* Basic plumbing
* Tiling
* plastering
* Carpentry
* bathroom and kitchen refits, mainly like for like
* general clearing and maintenance duties
Ideally you will work alongside a labourer or another skilled worker. If you are working alone we can provide additonal labour to support.
Own van and basic tools essential
CSCS card required per site.
