We’ll be expecting you to drive and deliver business process improvement, continuous improvement and change management activities in our Shared Service Centre, working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver successful and sustainable change. Here are the key responsibilities of the role; Leading the delivery of business change initiatives, assessing and understanding the impact of changes to enable successful delivery Ensuring change lands in a controlled manner and benefits are tracked and sustained Planning, creating and delivering high quality communication Supporting the development, management and delivery of our continuous improvement programme Creating, organising and delivering high quality training Planning, facilitating and delivering the mapping of business processes Facilitating and delivering reviews of process design, control and performance Shaping and delivering process designs that reduce waste and improve performance Using data to analyse business problems and creative thinking to solve them
