Our client, an international engineering organisation based in the North Sheffield area, is now looking to recruit an experienced Sales Office Administrator to start IMMEDIATELY IDEALLY TEMP TO PERM THIS ROLE CAN BE PART TIME OR FULL TIME (22 HOURS TO 40 HOURS) You would: Be responsible for preparing and distributing renewal letters to customers. Be responsible for generating weekly, monthly and quarterly reports. Logging all new Service Agreements on company internal computer systems as well as Service agreement reports. Establish excellent working relationships with our National customers and follow the agreed communication routines, particularly on the submission of quotes and on securing of purchase orders The skills and experience you need We are looking for someone who: Has a strong customer service background.
