Temporary Administrator
Starting: January 13th 2025
Duration: 4-6 weeks
Hours: 8.30 AM - 5.00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Salary: £12.00 per hour

Our client is seeking a Temporary Administrator to provide essential administrative support to their team during a four to six-week period. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, particularly in Excel.
Responsibilities:
Arrange regular maintenance for equipment and internal systems.
Manage the Visa payment process with suppliers.
Address escalated or general queries from stores.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of utilities contracts.
Respond to specific contract inquiries.
Update databases with information obtained from the wider facilities team regarding projects.
Provide specific utilities-related data.
Assist Facilities Managers in delivering effective responses to the business.
Monitor external activities such as waste disposal and recycling.
Keep track of regular and ad-hoc facility expenses.
Maintain an updated record of invoices from external partners, including suppliers, insurance agents, and security guards.Requirements:
Proven experience in administration, preferably in a facilities or similar environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
