Hire Desk - Office Administrator - SHREWSBURY
We are looking for an additional Hire Desk Office Administrator to join our team at our SHREWSBURY Depot.
Daily Responsibilities:
1. Day to day involvement in a busy hire office, supporting the management team
2. Communicating with Customers
3. Taking orders
4. Dealing with all hire processes including hire contracts, exchanges and breakdowns and updating our Hire and CRM systems
5. Dealing with any customer queries in a professional, friendly manner and advising on equipment needs
6. Ensuring that all opportunities to maximise the company’s sales to a customer are attained
