The Role
We’re seeking a proactive and dynamic admin professional to bridge our operations and production departments. As an essential part of our team, you’ll tackle daily logistics, help streamline operations, and take ownership of the remedial process, ensuring every issue is resolved efficiently from report to solution. This position requires someone who can see beyond the paperwork, spot exciting challenges, and remain focused in a high-energy, solution-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and verify appointments and job orders
2. Liaise with customers, installation teams, and field staff, ensuring clear communication and prompt action
3. Organise, distribute, and track job sheets for on-site teams
4. Process weekly figures and subcontractor invoices
5. Manage and resolve customer service inquiries efficiently
6. Support production readiness by verifying job details
7. Assist with payment processing and financial tracking as needed
8. Take charge of the remedials program from start to finish, bridging operations and production.
Skills and Experience
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Experience in customer service and office administration (preferred but not essential)
* Strong Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel skills
* Positive attitude and solution-oriented mindset
* Prior experience in industrial/commercial settings is a plus
