We are looking to recruit a full-time enthusiastic and dynamic administrator to join our Bromley Child and Adolescent Mental Health Team (CAMHS).
You will be expected to provide full secretarial/administrative support to the Operational Manager and wider management Team to ensure service delivery is effective and efficient. Additionally you will have line management and oversight of the Administration Team.
To provide co-ordination and oversight of administrative pathways within the teams to ensure smooth running of services.
To schedule administrative staff rotas to ensure appropriate cover is provided across the Service during all operational hours.
Monitor workloads and tasks and adjust rotas, redeploying manpower resources in agreement with the Administration Manager to provide cover for annual leave and sickness absence for admin staff.
To ensure all functions of service delivery from the administrative team, including a responsive and efficient booking system for appointments,runs smoothly placing emphasis on quality and meeting targets
To ensure that all correspondence is formatted to the Trust’s standard.
To provide day to day staff management including work allocation, work quality checking, return to work interviews, initial stages of grievance and discipline.
To maintain staff records of sickness, annual leave and agency and bank work on Healthroster.
To demonstrate a level of responsibility relating to operational matters not requiring a clinical judgement in the absence of the Administration Manager/Operational Manager
To plan meetings as required, and to attend meetings, collate papers and take minutes as required by Management Team.
