Brief Description As the Lead Administrator you will support the delivery of HR administration for apprentices and graduates. About the role (External) Main Responsibilities Manage the administrative arrangements and support all elements of Network Rail Apprenticeship and graduate programmes (Foundation Degree, BEng, and Engineering Conversion programmes). Monitor the Learning Management System is updated with student submissions, NVQ submissions, line-manager input, trainer input, progression, and user management – and initiate intervention procedures when required. Establish relationships with resourcing and provide support to the ongoing recruitment plans and assessment centres. Manage the process for organising travel and accommodation for all Apprentices and graduates for academic training. Manage the Competency Management System for all apprentices. Support route customers, line managers and HR business partners with advice around all aspects of the programme and apprentice/graduate journey. Manage the purchase of supplies via purchase orders within iprocurement processes. Monitor data reports on apprentice numbers for external stakeholders. Manage the Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS) and resolve or escalate issues as appropriate. Monitor and co-ordinate the Individual Learner Records (ILRs) for the duration of the schemes. Essential Relevant administration experience, particularly with large volumes of people and data Excellent organisation and interpersonal skills Commercial awareness Influencing and negotiation skills Computer literate (Word, Excel, Databases etc.) Strong communication skills, including with Apprentices Desirable Knowledge and experience of training administration Purchasing experience Rail Industry experience How to apply (External) Salary : £25,000 - £28,000 per annum Closing date : 06/01/2025 - Late applications will not be accepted.
