Our client is a large well respected entity within their field and they are now looking for support within a specific project which brings the need to add a Purchase Ledger Clerk.
Description
The Key responsibilities of the Purchase Ledger Clerk will be:
1. Recording and filing invoices
2. Payment processing
3. Calculating VAT payments
4. Managing petty cash
5. Accurate data entry
6. Processing staff expenses
7. Communicating with externals vendors and suppliers
8. Compiling company reports
9. Make payments via BACS
The successful Purchase Ledger Clerk will need to have experience within a similar role, processing large volumes of invoices on a monthly basis. You will need to be immediately available or ready to start within a week's notice.
Job Offer
* £12 - £14 hourly rate
