The Role: The successful candidate will: Deliver engaging and tailored lessons to meet the needs of students with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, and moderate to severe learning difficulties. Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with support staff, families, and external professionals. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment that promotes progress and well-being. Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources to ensure all students are supported and challenged appropriately. Contribute to the wider school community, including participating in training, meetings, and school events. Requirements: Applicants must have: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification. Proven experience working with children and young people with SEN, ideally within a specialist setting. Strong knowledge of SEN best practices, including the development of IEPs and differentiated teaching strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and families.
