As part of a leading Civils & Groundworks Contractor, you will play a key role in managing the hire and movement of plant, equipment, and materials to ensure smooth site operations. Key Responsibilities: ? Coordinate the hire, off-hire, and logistics of plant and equipment. ? Liaise with site teams, suppliers, and transport companies to ensure timely delivery and collection. ? Maintain accurate records of plant usage and hire agreements. ? Negotiate hire rates and agreements to achieve cost efficiencies. ? Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company procedures. ? Assist with general administration and support for the plant department. Requirements: ?? Previous experience in a hire desk, plant coordination, or logistics role within construction or groundworks. ?? Strong organisational and communication skills. ??
