Main Responsibilities for the successful Internal Sales Administrator:
As the Internal Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team by handling administrative tasks, managing customer accounts, processing orders, and ensuring smooth communication between the sales team, production, and customers.
* Accurately inputting and processing customer orders to ensure seamless transactions.
* Collaborating with the planning and production teams to guarantee timely and efficient deliveries.
* Monitoring order progress and providing proactive updates to both customers and sales representatives.
* Maintaining and updating customer feedback records, sales databases, and efficiently managing complaints within the CRM system.
* Generating comprehensive sales reports, order status updates, and other essential documents as required by the sales team and management.
* Monitoring and managing KPIs, ensuring that SOPs are consistently reviewed and updated.
* Handling incoming and outgoing calls, overseeing biosecurity barriers and doors, and managing emails, as well as in-person visits from customers and suppliers.
* Organising and maintaining a systematic filing system for all sales-related documentation.
* Assisting with the planning and coordination of major annual events and conferences.
* Managing the processing of export and import documents, stock management, and fleet allocation with precision.
* Attending and providing support during sales team meetings to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
* Partnering with the finance team to assist with accounts payable processes and managing aged debt efficiently including accurate and timely process of invoices.
Main requirements for the successful Internal Sales Administrator:
* Exceptional organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail, and the ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced office environment.
* Proven track record as a Sales Administrator or Sales Support professional, demonstrating expertise in the role.
* Advanced proficiency in CRM software and MS Office, with a strong focus on Excel.
* In-depth understanding of sales performance metrics, with the ability to analyse and leverage data effectively.
* Multitask and time management abilities, ensuring efficiency in managing competing priorities.
* A highly dedicated team player, committed to achieving shared goals and driving success.
* Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering positive relationships with both internal teams and clients.
* Strong customer-focused mindset, consistently ensuring high standards of service and quality.
* Extensive experience in planning, organising, and coordinating activities to drive business success.

* Salary £28,000 per annum.
