Under the guidance of the Catering Managers, you'll be pivotal in providing excellent customer service, ensuring every guest leaves with unforgettable memories of their dining experience. Your role will encompass supporting the smooth operation of both the Rooftop Restaurant, Theatre bars and cafes including hospitality for events and private dining.
Reporting to the Catering Managers, you will:
* Greet and welcome customers.
* Ensure orders are taken and the service style is efficient.
* To always ensure that the Rooftop Restaurant and theatre bars is presented in style appropriate to the service.
* Deliver excellent customer service to ensure guests have a memorable and enjoyable dining experience.
* Tailor your approach to each customer, exciting them with our latest food menu and drink offer.
* Handle all bills.
We are looking for:
* Someone with an understanding of food and drink service.
* The ability to work quickly and cleanly under pressure.
* A friendly and outgoing approach.
* Great attention to detail.
* Good time keeping.
* A team player who thrives on delivering outstanding customer service.
* Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
This is a permanent, variable hours contract based in Stratford-Upon-Avon, working a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
