An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Community Oncology team, to assist with the provision of an effective and efficient specialist service. Our community-based Oncology service is looking for a motivated, friendly, and confident individual with experience of working in an administrative role supporting a team of specialist nurses and their patients.
This post is 18.75 hours per week. The post holder may be required to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service.
Employment in this post requires an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, which the Trust will cover the cost of. Applicants who subscribe to the DBS update service are able to present a valid DBS certificate instead of requiring a new check.
Applications from candidates that require current Skilled worker sponsorship to work in the UK are unfortunately ineligible to apply for this position.
You will need to be able to provide full administrative support and be expected to be responsible for coordinating administrative workload and working closely with clinical colleagues to ensure the continuity of a good service for our patients at all times. You will have excellent team working, interpersonal and communication skills with the vision and enthusiasm to continually develop both yourself and the service.
