Secondary Higher Level Teaching Assistant

Type: Full Time
Salary: £100-£110 per day
The Role: As a HLTA in a secondary school in Daventry, you will be supporting the main teacher while also having responsibility for your own group. You should be able to lead a small group of children in extra tuition or lead a class in the absence of the main teacher.
Requirements: To be considered for the role of Secondary Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), you will need:
1. Experience as a HLTA or Cover Supervisor preferred
2. Experience in a Secondary setting
3. Flexibility in your approach to work
4. A genuine passion for working within schools as part of a large and caring team
