Position An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Planning Coordinator in the Service Delivery team following a recent promotion As a Planning Coordinator you will be responsible for scheduling all Service Delivery jobs for the London Based Engineers including ANPR installs, site surveys, maintenance jobs, offline sites and signage installations. Attention to detail is a necessity along with strong communication skills. Responsibilities And Duties To be primarily responsible for the scheduling and monitoring of all Service Delivery jobs for the London Based Engineers using ServiceM8 and associated toolsets. To ensure the schedule is produced to optimise resource deployment and maximise operational performance. To communicate effectively to Team Members within the Service Delivery Team, Account Managers, Sales Leads and Sales Support. To ensure Operational SLA and KPI targets are achieved. To be reactive to offline sites ensuring these jobs are prioritised as per schedule. To be a central point of contact for Field Based Engineers to re-prioritise jobs accordingly.
