Description Lead and manage the Quality Team to ensure consistent product quality. Implement and maintain the Quality Management System. Ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards and regulations. Work closely with the Manufacturing and Engineering teams to improve product quality. Manage customer complaints and implement corrective actions. Conduct internal audits and manage external audits. Manage the company's quality training programme. Report on quality performance to senior management.Profile A successful Deputy Quality Manager should have: Experience in a Quality Management role within the FMCG industry. Strong knowledge of quality standards and regulations. Experience in managing a team. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
