Description | Salary £25,183 - £27,269 Per annum | Permanent, Full Time, 37 hours per week | The Facilities Management Team | International Sponsorship – this role is not open to international sponsorship The post holder will support wider Facilities Management technical and administrative tasks under the direction and management of the Technical & Business Support Manager. The post holder will be required to apply practical methods, techniques, work procedures or processes in support of, or delivery of, the service. You will undertake a range of standardised procedures and use associated tools and equipment. Personal initiative will be required within the confines of the role. The post is a permanent full-time position (37 hours per week) based at County Hall Complex in Preston. The working hours are flexible with an agreed balance of working on site and remote working in line with business need, which includes to ensure a balanced approach across the team. Key Accountabilities •Provide support to Senior Managers and Operations Managers by maintaining accurate data within established systems and processes. •Carry out a range of administrative duties as required by the Technical Support Manager and Premises Maintenance Officers. •Respond to telephone, face to face, e-mail or postal communications generated by the service and ensure internal and external customer focused service is maintained. •Interface with other Business Support Team members and operational staff with regard to general matters and service delivery. •Assist Managers in the administration of systems such as Oracle, Saffron Finance, Recruitment and internal databases which support the training team. Assist Senior Managers and Operations Managers with the purchase and distribution of service related items and associated service documentation.
