As theDigital Transformation Manager, you will direct the digital transformation section for Leicestershire Police.
Youll be embedding innovative processes, aligning organisations objectives, and encouraging digital transformation.
What youll be doing
* Identifying and developing emerging technologies
* Contributing to technology roadmaps, to align technical solutions and organisations plans
* Manage the capital and revenue budgets for the delivery and management of digital transformation
The must haves
* Ability to direct a team of technical experts, taking ownership of workloads, training, professional development, and wellbeing
* Experience of identifying solutions and managing lifecycles of enterprise systems
* Experience and understanding of continual service improvement, identifying opportunities for service and business improvement
