We are looking for someone to provide outstanding customer service and provide general support to the branch with candidate sourcing, management, and registrations, whilst always upholding the company’s compliance standards.

Hours: Mon - Fri 08.30-17.00
Salary £26,000
Role:-
* Pre-screening candidates, booking interviews ensuring excellent communication throughout.
* Managing recruitment campaigns including the social media pages.
* Ensuring availability lists 100% up to date including all necessary information.
* CRM updated with impeccable attention to detail.
* Ensure 100% internal audit compliance standards are always met.
* Take ownership of tasks and ensuring they are completed diligently.
* Assisting consultants with the day to day running of contracts.
* Drafting adverts professionally and compliantly, placing adverts with job boards, social media and keeping the window displays up to date
* Attend site for inductions, check in or service meetings.
* Lead generation to support branch growth
